What Is The Deadline For Confirming Catering Delivery Orders? All catering orders require 48 hours notice except for individually bottled fresh juices, smoothies, lemonades, and iced tea.

The only exception to the above deadlines are that orders that are over 100 bottles require two additional business days notice for confirmation.
Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
Where Are You Delivery Rates? The cost for beverage delivery is based on the distance to your location from our head office at 400 Matheson Blvd E, Unit 20, Mississauga Ontario, L4Z 1N8.
The rate schedule below in Figure 1 assumes one trip and one staff managing the delivery during our regular business hours of 8am to 4pm (drop off or pick up).
For catering deliveries that involve the retrieval of any rental equipment, the drop off and pick up rate is doubled.
Additional premiums apply for delivery outside regular business hours, and if more than one staff is required given the customer delivery requirements.

Is There A Time Window Required For Delivery? Once the order is confirmed we request a one hour window of time for drop off or retrieval (if applicable). If you require less than a one hour window of time or delivery outside the hours of 8am to 4pm then special arrangements will need to be made and additional charges will apply.
Do you have flexibility for dietary restrictions? Worry not! Our special events catering services are all about making the event memorable, unique, and a once-in-a-lifetime experience! That means we sit down with you to understand every type of requirement you have. And you get a catering experience that’s hard to forget!
