Return and Refund Policy

This return and refund policy applies to items that are incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way:

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food and drinks cannot be returned. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in new condition. It must also be in the original packaging. We don’t accept returns of used products. 

Return Process

To return an item please email customer service at to obtain authorization. Return charges are paid for by us by using a prepaid shipping label. Upon authorization of your return, we will email you a prepaid shipping label.

Place the item securely in its original packaging and with the original proof of purchase. Print and apply the prepaid label to the outside of the box and mail it back to us using the specified carrier on the return label addressed to 400 Matheson Blvd E, Unit 20, Mississauga, ON, L4Z 1N8, Canada. 

Order Cancellations

Due to the nature of our products, we don’t accept order cancellations prior to shipping out the order. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items. Please allow 5 – 7 days from receipt of the item to process your return or exchange. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment for the full purchase price including the shipping cost if applicable. 

Late Or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
