Every bourbon has its own unique qualities, but we can categorize them into flavour camps based on shared interests and characteristics. The four most common flavour notes found in bourbon are grain, caramel, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and these comprise the major flavour camps.

Each gin is unique, however at the same time you can cluster them into groups with similar interests and characters called flavour camps. The four core gin flavour camps are: juniper, citric, spicy, and floral.

This gin tasting has been organized with a curated selection of gins that span the four core gin flavour camps, as well two gins that have their individual styles of an Old Tom and cask aged.
