Bourbon Bottle Options

Few Bourbon

Bourbon does not have to be made in Kentucky, and really can be made anywhere in the US. Few Bourbon is a small batch bourbon that is 100% grain to glass. This is a new style of urban whiskey to rival those in Kentucky.

Michter’s Us1 Small Batch Kentucky Bourbon

Hailing from Louisville, Kentucky Michter’s is one of the oldest distilleries in the States. Each batch is done in a holding tank sized to fit a maximum of 20 barrels making a true small batch bourbon.

Colour	Russet.
Nose	Light floral and fruity aromas, with notes of caramel, toasted pecans, oak, vanilla extract, with hints of pine and pear.
Palate	Creamy mouthfeel, with caramel, vanilla, cinnamon chocolate.
Finish	Medium, with doses of cinnamon chocolate.

This expression takes existing Woodford Reserve, which is placed into a new barrel that has undergone a long toasting method. The intent is to extract sweet oak character that might be lost in longer chars.

To call your bourbon Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey it must be aged in new, charred oak barrels for at least 2 years and be made in Kentucky. This barrel proof whiskey is uncut with water.
