Masi Campofiorin IGT

In 1964, Masi developed Campofiorin, incorporating the flavorful residual pomace from Amarone production to enhance their Valpolicella. This innovative technique resulted in what is now known as Ripasso, a renowned Italian wine. It presents a dry, medium-bodied profile with notes of fig, cherry, and spice, making it an excellent match for lamb and polenta.
