What is your payment and cancellation policy? We want to make sure that our payment terms are flexible and fair. We will ask for a deposit from you before booking and the complete payment before the event. You can refer to your contract for the detailed terms and conditions.
When should I book catering for a small party? For any of our services we will aim to accommodate last-minute requests where possible. That said we recommended that you offer us at least 3-4 weeks in advance for any full service catering. For delivery services a week’s notice is ideal.
