What is your cancellation policy? We understand unexpected changes in plans can happen when planning an event. We will aim to work with you where possible to accommodate on a case by case basis.
We offer a very large menu of options, and most of our menu requires the purchase of fresh ingredients, and often very large orders of these fresh ingredients. If a cancellation occurs we are not in a position to return these fresh ingredients to a supplier if these go unused. For this reason if an order is cancelled within 7 business days or less we don’t offer any refund.
