Drinking juice increases your consumption of raw fruit and vegetables. Our modern diet often includes processed food, and doesn’t give us all the nutrients we need resulting in poor nutrition. Almost all of the vitamins and enzymes our bodies require can be found in the juice of raw produce.

Our juice truck menu features juices that only use raw ingredients with no preservatives. All our juices are made to order for your event and processed off site in a food safe environment licensed by public health.

Because our juices are cold pressed, most of the fibre content is lost when the juice is extracted. This is the key difference between a juice and a smoothie food truck. Our smoothies are fibre-rich because we blend the ingredients rather than press the ingredients. This allows us to use ingredients that are difficult to extract juice from such as cocoa, mango, bananas, coconut, and hemp hearts.

Our fresh squeezed lemonade truck menu will be sure to add refreshment to your next party, wedding, or corporate event. Our menu offers both boozy and non-boozy versions, and a variety of classic and contemporary flavours like our Strawberry Vanilla Lemonade (pictured left)!

Once lemons or limes are pressed, the great taste begins to noticeably decline by the second day which makes the juice taste bitter. This is caused by juice oxidation (exposure to air) and reactions from the enzymes. Oxidation especially affects the lemon and lime citrus fruits. At 180 Drinks we do not compromise when it comes to our beverage quality and this includes our lemonade. All our lemonades are made to order just before your event.
