The heavy juniper notes are achieved through the use of a gin from the juniper flavour camp called Sipsmith.

Description

This Martini offers a unique citrus forward flavour and aroma through the use of a gin from the citrus gin flavour camp called Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin.

Citrus peels began to be widely used in the mid-to late nineteenth century for gin. The aroma of the gin is given lift by citrus peels, but coriander seeds also move further forward, though juniper retains importance.
