Description

In the 1980s the owner of the Long Island Bar in New York named Toby Cecchini is widely credited with inventing the modern-day Cosmopolitan. That said, there’s a longstanding debate over who created the Cosmopolitan cocktail.

By the early ’90s, the drink had died down in popularity. Fast forward 10 years later and the drink became very popular again as a result of the tv show Sex and the City featuring it.

This classic Cosmopolitan offers a rich addition of flavours using an award winning premium Canadian vodka with peppery notes, and the addition of bitters to pull forward the orange Cointreau notes.

Description

Raspberry and Cranberry are a match made in heaven. The raspberry syrup tempers the tartness of the cranberry, while adding depth of flavour. This cosmo is berry delicious!

Grey Goose Vodka

Grey Goose gets its name from the geese in the French Cognac region. This vodka is made from the best French winter wheat from the Picardy region and mineral water from Gensac springs. The vodka is distilled in five stages in a single distillation column and then mixed with the mineral water, which is filtered through the chalky soil. The bottle is stopped with a cork which pays homage to the cognac region.

Ginger Cosmopolitan

Description

The cranberry and ginger notes in this Cosmo are tamed with the tropical fruity notes of the vodka.

This Cosmopolitan offers a rich addition of flavours using premium Fever-Tree ginger beer which is made from a blend of three gingers from Nigeria, Cochin, and the Ivory Coast. From Cochin in India, the ginger lends a warm and spicy flavour. From the Ivory Coast, you get a fresh green ginger that has an incredible lemongrass freshness. Finally, the Nigerian ginger brings a deep, intense flavour to the drink.

Nikka Coffee Vodka

This Japanese vodka is made of corn and barley that is separately distilled into various batches with slight differences in Alcohol By Volume (ABV) and taste profile. These batches are carefully blended by experts and then refined with white birch charcoal.

A still is an apparatus used to distill liquid mixtures by heating to selectively boil and then cooling to condense the vapor. This vodka is produced using continuous, column, or “Coffey” stills.
