Made-To-Order Cocktail Workshop

Our group cocktail class is made-to-order. This means that you can customize the modules you do in the class to your liking.

You get to choose the kind of cocktails you want to mix. You can personalize the course according to:

We structure our cocktail class modules around the base liquor in that cocktail (e.g. gin, vodka, champagne, bourbon etc.). You can choose a one module, two module or three module class.

What Do You Include In Your Craft Cocktail Classes?

We include all these items in your craft cocktail class:

  • Two (or optionally three) cocktails selected by you from our cocktail modules
  • Two (or optionally three) different cocktail class modules
  • Two (or optionally three) hours of on-site instruction from our cocktail mixing specialists
  • Travel and delivery of supplies and equipment to and from your venue
  • Equipment including a professional cocktail mixing kit for each participant to use during the class.

What Is Your Cocktail Mixing Class Pricing?

We customize prices for our cocktail mixing classes according to your requirements. This ensures you don’t incur unnecessary additional costs.

 

We consider the following to give you a baseline quote for your cocktail class:

  • Guest count
  • Number of cocktail class modules (two or three modules)
  • Travel distance to the venue

Do You Provide Liquor?

No. You will provide the liquor for your cocktail mixing class. This helps you save money on the overall cost (We don’t have to apply a mark-up).

 

We take out the guesswork out of how much liquor to order. You receive  a detailed liquor order estimate for your planned craft cocktails. You also get instructions on how to place your liquor order.

 

A good liquor budget is $2.00 a cocktail. For example, if you have a two cocktail mixing class, then your budget would be $4 per guest. If you have a three cocktail mixing class, then your budget would be $6 per guest.

Do I Need A Liquor License?

You don’t need a liquor permit for most craft cocktail classes. This is because the class is usually an invite-only event. It’s likely to be held in a non-public place with no liquor sales. If you still require a liquor permit, we guide you on how to secure it.

 

The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) offers some more information on liquor permits:

 

The AGCO defines a private place and a private event as follows:

  • A private event is where only invited guests will attend. These events cannot be advertised and there can be no intent to gain or profit from the sale of alcohol at the event.
  • A private place is an indoor area not usually open to the public, and not open to the public during the event (e.g. a residence, boardroom or private office).
